Diagnostic fee can be credited toward repair if you proceed.

What should I include when booking?

Printer model, symptoms, and any recent changes (new parts, firmware updates, new filament).

Typical turnaround time?

Usually 48–72 hours depending on parts availability and workload.

Do you supply parts?

Yes. We can also fit customer-supplied parts where appropriate.

Do you do on-site repairs?

In some cases. Message us with your location and printer model.
